A signup form that combines account fields with selectable plan cards and a monthly/yearly billing switch, ending in a summary of what will be charged today. Use it for SaaS products that want people to choose a plan as part of creating their account.
Signup 7 is a pro signup block for React, built on shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS. It ships as 96 lines of TypeScript you own: every piece of copy is a prop with a sensible default, so you can drop it in and replace the content without touching the layout.

Installation
- Add the Chocolate UI registry to your
components.json(see the installation guide). - Run the shadcn CLI:
