A stacked header with a slim muted utility bar for contact details and secondary links above a taller main row with logo, navigation and CTA. Use it for companies, agencies and B2B sites that need to surface support or sales contact info on every page.
Navbar 9 is a pro navbar block for React, built on shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS. It ships as 133 lines of TypeScript you own: every piece of copy is a prop with a sensible default, so you can drop it in and replace the content without touching the layout.

Installation
- Add the Chocolate UI registry to your
