A sign-in card that flips to a password reset form in place when the user clicks “Forgot password?”, with a sliding transition and a back button. Use it to keep recovery one click away without navigating to a separate page.
Forgot Password 4 is a pro forgot password block for React, built on shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS with motion animations that respect reduced-motion settings. It ships as 111 lines of TypeScript you own: every piece of copy is a prop with a sensible default, so you can drop it in and replace the content without touching the layout.

Installation
- Add the Chocolate UI registry to your
